SB98 H ANR AM #1

Drake  3253

The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 42i, line 11, after the word “noted” by inserting the following:

“Provided, That effective January 1, 2023 the Class LL nonresident one-day license ceases to exist and created instead is a Class LL nonresident three-day license and entitles the licensee to fish for all legal fish except trout and to take frogs in all counties of the state for three consecutive days on the calendar dates chosen by the buyer and which will be specified on the license, except as prohibited by rules of the Director or Natural Resources Commission and except when additional licenses, stamps, or permits are required. To fish for trout, a Class LL licensee must purchase and carry a valid Class OO trout stamp. The fee for the license is $9. This is a base license and does not require the purchase of a prerequisite license to participate in the activities specified in this section, except as noted.”
